These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, hardware, and hosting solutions provided by MaXimus HasH (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We specialize in:

Sale and delivery of cryptocurrency mining hardware.
Hosting solutions in Sweden, Finland, EU, Paraguay, USA, and Africa.
Consulting services on hardware selection, ROI strategies, and operations.
Operations management, technical support, and warranty assistance.

3. Orders & Payment

Hardware Orders: Minimum purchase requirements may apply (e.g., 10 units per model).
Deposits: Pre-orders require a 50% deposit; in-stock devices must be paid in full at purchase.
Hosting Services: Require a deposit equal to 2–3 months of hosting fees, depending on location.
Payment Methods: We accept cryptocurrency payments: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC), Tether (USDT), and XRP.
All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.

4. Hosting Services

Hosting fees are flat-rate per device per month.
Customers remain the full owners of their hardware.
We provide setup, monitoring, and maintenance, but uptime is subject to network, power, and external factors beyond our control.
Relocation of miners may occur if required by infrastructure or regulation.

5. Warranty & Support

All hardware includes the manufacturer’s warranty (6–12 months depending on model).
We provide additional support, troubleshooting, and replacement assistance.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, overclocking, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Risk & Liability

Cryptocurrency mining profitability depends on market price, network difficulty, and external conditions. We cannot guarantee specific returns or ROI.
Hosting services rely on external power grids and internet providers; while we maintain high standards, we are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for compliance with their local laws regarding crypto mining.

7. Refund Policy

Deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product becomes unavailable.
Hosting fees already paid are non-refundable, except in cases of service failure caused solely by us.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting if invoices remain unpaid or if miners are used unlawfully.
Customers may request hardware withdrawal with 30 days’ notice, subject to settlement of outstanding balances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable jurisdiction where services are provided.
